Definition

Corn DDGS, or Corn distiller’s dried grains with solubles, is a co-product of the ethanol production process that is widely used as a feed ingredient for livestock. It is made from the dried residue that remains after the starch in Corn (corn) is fermented and the ethanol is distilled off.
