MADE FROM CURD, NOT CREAM: Barosi Ghee is made from curd, not milk cream. The freshly sourced Buffalo milk is boiled and set to curd, the curd is then hand-churned bi-directionally to obtain butter. The butter is separated and heated slowly to obtain our grainy textured and aromatic Ghee.
100% NATURAL & PURE: Barosi Buffalo Ghee is made using the fresh & pure milk of the grass-fed desi Buffalos reared on our farm. Our Ghee is made in small batches to assure freshness & quality. The Buffalos are neither injected with hormones nor artificially inseminated to enhance milk production.
Desi ghee includes butyric acid, which aids digestion and is essential for those suffering from indigestion.
